Venture Intelligence and Pulse release
- NewNightly Pulse scoring now runs for every organization on a Business or Enterprise plan. Organizations that upgrade are included automatically from the next night; each organization's scores, insights, digests and settings are kept separate.
- NewOrganization managers can allow the AI chat to look at screenshots from a single setting under Members → Users, exclude individual members, and see an access log of every screenshot the AI looked at. Members can see when their screenshots were viewed.requested by Ankit Malik
- NewThe chat now answers from live Colabio data: tracked time and timesheets, activity timeline, apps and websites, tasks and deadlines, daily updates, unusual activity, meetings and pulse scores. It can rank team impact with evidence and explain how it decided.requested by Ankit Malik
- NewEvery Pulse scoring run is recorded with its progress and outcome. The schedule fails visibly when a run fails, stalls or runs out of AI credit, instead of reporting success.
- ImprovedA manual refresh started while the nightly run is in progress now follows that run instead of scoring the same day twice.
- ImprovedScoring now includes unusual-activity signals for each member; that context was previously always empty because of a date-format mismatch.
- ImprovedMembers are ranked by completed tasks first, then on-time share; eligibility is shown as yes, no or unknown, and notes appear before the table.
- FixedPulse settings such as team focus, member focus and enforcer notes saved correctly but read back empty.
- FixedDashboard meetings and leaderboard widgets read the wrong field names and showed missing or stale data.
- FixedNightly scoring had silently stopped in May after its login token expired; runs looked green while doing nothing.
- FixedOne organization with a broken or missing subscription row could stop the nightly run for all organizations.
- FixedReports at the end of a member's local day now include the last moment of that day exactly, with no drop or double count at midnight.
- FixedRequests with malformed headers return a clear 400 error instead of a 500 reference id.
- FixedScreenshot images fetched for the AI are limited to trusted hosts, size-checked and never follow redirects.
- FixedAssorted edge cases from a full review: access-log paging limits, empty-scope guards in update tools, safer cancellation of chat streams, and clearer error states in the screenshots dialog.
